Your gross (pre-taxes) monthly salary must be greater than 40% of the sum of the monthly mortgage and monthly tax payments.
Your gross (pre-taxes) monthly salary must be greater than 50% of the sum of the monthly mortgage, monthly tax and other monthly debt payments.
